Our stock of Theatre Backcloths for Hire includes well over 1000 items. Generally these measure about 35’ x 18’ (nominal) and are painted on lightweight calico. They are folded and shipped in PVC protective bags.
 Cloths can be successfully shortened, without causing damage, using Holdon Clips, click here for details. If required they can be sent by courier to any commercial address for next working day (Monday to Friday) delivery.
If you wish to place a hire order for backcloths, we suggest you telephone or e mail to confirm availability.
 Please include the following details:
- The reference numbers of the Backcloths required
- The dates you wish them to be dispatched (or collected) from our stores
- The date they will be returned to our stores
What return arrangements you wish to make – we can arrange for TNT to deliver and collect cloths, to and from commercial premises (please supply complete address including postcode and contact phone number) – but it is not possible to be specific as to time. You may of course make your own collection and return arrangements.
 The cloths weigh between 20Kg and about 40Kg each, and are packed in PVC protective bags. You could fit quite a lot in an average car.
If you wish we will send you a CDR containing photos of all our cloths for you to choose from. We make a charge for this, which is fully refundable against any hires made within 12 months. Please quote your invoice number when ordering to claim the refund.
